Thank you for shopping with Wiki Special! We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

🔄 Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Once your return is approved, we'll share the return address and instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or made-to-order pieces

• Items with makeup stains, perfume, or signs of wear

• Undergarments and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• In case of a damaged or incorrect item, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued.
