At Heaven & Style, we take pride in crafting high-quality, timeless jewelry. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest level of hygiene and quality for our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.
Exceptions
In the rare event that an item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at [heavenandstyle.pk@gmail.com]. Please provide:

- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or repair service at no additional cost.
